Mill Mahlknechtanlage

The Mill Mahlknecht System is a compact processing unit designed specifically for pre-milling oilseed press cakes into flour. It allows the subsequent separation of protein and hull fractions, making it ideal for press cakes from hemp, sunflower, and other oilseeds. With a throughput of 30–80 kg/h, the system is perfectly suited for small to medium-scale production. The system consists of the Mill Mahlknecht 100 as pre-mill and the Mill Concentrator as fine milling, mounted on a stainless steel mobile frame for easy positioning and integration into production lines. The Concentrator features a continuously adjustable gap width and is available with various motor configurations to suit different processing requirements. Optional sieves for the Concentrator allow precise adjustment for particle size, protein separation, and hull removal, ensuring high-quality flour and protein fractions. The mobile mill plant provides an efficient, turnkey solution for processing press cakes, maximizing product value and enabling the production of premium flour, protein concentrates, and fiber-rich hull fractions.
